By submitting this application, I agree to the following:

• I will attend all monthly sessions from September through May.
• I understand that more than one unexcused absence may disqualify me from completing the program.
• I will actively participate in the community impact project and group activities.
• I agree that if chosen, I will have my tuition paid in full before the 2026/2027 Ozark Leads Session Begins
