In 2015, Matt and Melissa Green opened Ascent with a bold vision: to take better care of patients and transform the traditional doctor–patient and clinic experience into something refreshing, unexpected, and deeply personal. Since day one, they have worked to build meaningful interactions that are truly desirable for both patients and providers.

One year ago, Ascent Direct Primary Care expanded into a new building — a space designed to reflect that vision of care. Now, they want to celebrate this exciting milestone with the community that made it all possible.
